Definitely not possible, and making such cables is not compliant with the USB 
specs. [If you have such a cable, cut it in half. You can perhaps then use it 
to make captive cables for two USB devices ]

USB hosts cannot peer - they can only talk to devices. Read the USB spec for 
the full details of how USB works...

USB network cables contain two USB devices (basic microcontrollers), 
effectively linked "back to back" using FIFO buffers. Each device talks to 
only one host.
