It's not just the keyboard, but the mouse, and they both stop working at
the same time.

Unfortunately I don't have another USB keyboard to try. Is there a
program I can run that will constantly record USB diagnostics, or can I
easily (i.e. without recompiling) enable a higher level of
error-reporting in the USB code? I'd like to have more info available
next time it happens.

Whether it is the USB slave microcode that is at fault or not, the USB
subsystem shouldn't just give up on the mouse and keyboard like that,
should it?

Luke.
