I combined the patches from these messages http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-usb-devel&m=109111899830973 drivers/usb/host/uhci-hcd.c (turn off fsbr) drivers/usb/storage/transport.c (USB storage fix) http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-usb-users&m=109069803813114 drivers/usb/core/hub.c (Windows-style initialization) It seems that the patch for hub.c (Windows-style initialization) makes no diffrence. A kernel with patches for all three files works equally to a kernel with patches for uhci-hcd.c and transport.c only. That is, the DiMAGE A2 camera is sometimes reconized by Linux. I might have to power the camera off and back on a few times. Regards, Sven-Olof ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by OSTG.
