I've attached a trace -- it didn't take long to reproduce the problem. The trace is from a sample printout attempt. One truncated page got printed and then the system went into an endless loop of: drivers/usb/class/usblp.c: usblp0: error -110 reading printer status The -71 error won't appear until I physically turn the printer off. Nothing else will happen either -- this endless loop will just continue. This problem occurs about 75% of the time -- e.g. whenever I try to print something, more than 3 times out of 4 the printer will get stuck. This is not a foo2zjs issue, as the actual zjs output is fine. Also, power cycling the printer sometimes gets me the full printout after CUPS retries printing from the beginning. --J.
