Hi,

I can report success for my mouse automatically turning off (and waking
up when I click). However I wonder how good it is in a pure user
interface view: suddenly the mouse turns off. That needs to be more
configurable and more associated to other computer events. Would it be
possible to add a sysfs file to control this behavior: automatic or
_manual_ (userspace controlled).

In a manual mode, it would be (theoretically) possible to turn off the
mouse at the same time the screensaver starts or in the same time that
the mouse cursor disappears when watching a movie or at the same time as
the laptop lid closes...

Oh well... I'm sure you've already thought about it, and you are more
concentrated on the technical aspect for now. I'll try to find bugs for
now ;-)

See you,
Eric
