Hi, I have a strange problem. I'm running RedHat 7.1 2.4.2-9 kernel (I know I need to compile a new kernel), and I'm getting a strange problem when I plug in a HP OfficeJet D135 Multi-Function USB Printer.
If I look at the logs every thing appears to be detected properly, the usb drivers are loaded for the printer, printconf-gui detects the printer, I can even see it in usbview. Now the problem, It doesn't print. No error messages, nothing to show why it didn't print. I've also tried lpc and turning redirect off. In one of the posts I read someone had a similar problem and attributed it to the VIA KT133 chipset (Which I have). Any suggestions?
