Hi,

Is it normal to mount twice a USB memory stick in order to get a
successful mount ? It goes like this :

  Unplug the USB stick
  Plug it again
  mount -t ext2 /dev/sda /mnt/usb

mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
or too many mounted file systems

  mount -t ext2 /dev/sda /mnt/usb

  Mounts OK.

Note: after the system boots (kernel 2.4.20) only one mount command is
needed.

Cheers,

Alain
