Before I go add the proper USB device nodes to Debian's MAKEDEV I'd like
to confirm the naming conventions we want to use. I'll list all the nodes I
see that need to be created, just to make sure everyone agrees. I'm pulling
these values from the USB Guide 1.0.6 on SourceForge, and from the driver
sources.
