Incorrect.
You now allow any user to take and download pictures when the camera is
plugged in, to erase pictures and worse.
Permissions should almost never be 'all users'. You are doing a video
repeat of the infamous sunos 'bug the console' audio permissions bug.
It should be 0600. It is up to the console login modules to assign it a
non root owner
