Bill, Nacho,

The patch could make sense to me if USB didn't
work at all, so that "usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout"
happened all of the time.  This would be if UHCI
was assigned the incorrect Interrupt.

However, I'm pretty sure that some of us (including
me) see this message just _occasionally_, not all
of the time.

Which of these cases is this patch (trying to) solve?
