In my flexnote 3300C, it happens all the time (until I add the if).
The behaviour is quite odd, in my notebook a cat /proc/pci report
different thing if PCI access mode is BIOS or DIRECT.
I don't think UHCI was assigned an incorrect interrupt as the reescan of
the bus report the same interrupt and everything begin to work.
Bill, you said in a previos message that it works for you in other kernel
versions, could you tell me which one?, I can try to find a real solution
if I can see a working kernel.
