well as a starter i tried using svgalib & wysiwyg as the keywords and google came up 
with:

from this page it seems that it may possibly be intended for hebrew but i'd imagine 
that this could (easily(?)) be changed.

anyway you might like to try out svgalib as one of your keywords at some of the other 
search zones.
