Photoshop vs The Gimp (oh all right, I just want my industry standard, wider range of knowledge)
Winamp visualisations (geiss, milkdrop)
3D Games (no root)
Printing
Audio (multiple sounds)
Shockwave Flash (slow in Linux)

Is it worthwhile expanding the list so we can knock them off when they're as easy (to setup too) in Linux?
