Lightscribe drives will always have the lightscribe logo on the front.
If it doesn't have the logo it almost certainly won't be able to burn
lightscribe discs.
thanks for that - i know i've purchased a number in the last year or 2,
but it would seem they have been for other people rather than for any
machines i currently have access to, so a first scribed disk is a week
or 2 away at this point.
