Yes, i realize that frames handicap alot of people using Lynx or older browsers. Do you know of a good site that does a "CSS for dummies" type tutorial. Actually it doesn't even have to be watered down, just something for people who know HTML, but know nothing about CSS, and want to learn the basics quickly.
