Over reaction generally backfires on the those that overeact. Sane considered actions 
and
deliberated reactions frighten the life out of violent people. Violence is usually an 
over
reaction to something that has not been thought through. Oh yes,
we all were shocked, terrified, scrambled emotionally; we did not think 'thats 
Americans' we saw
human beings in great distress, and remembered that soem aussies were in there too. 
You were not
alone in your thoughts,

But we must not lash out indescriminately, that only puts us on their level.
