I'm ashamed to know this, but: Start-Programs-Accessories-Command Prompt

The windows command-line program 'ipconfig' is available since (at least) 
Windows 98SE, run it as 'ipconfig /all | more' to see all information such as 
MAC, routing, gateway, etc.

Windows 95/98 also have a gui frontend to 'ipconfig' called 'winipconfig'.
