Well, that's the old BadBlox crack, which only seems to work for iPods older than Nano2G/Classic. We are still looking for a way to decrypt the flash of our iPods, but we haven't yet found one. But I doubt that a decrypted firmware will enable us to boot iPodLinux, for details, please see the mailing list archive since 2007-12-30. You can usually assume that we're informed about the iPodLinux articles, especially if they were created 2007-03-30 and never touched again since 2007-04-03, but supplying us with information is never such a bad idea, even though I doubt that there still is relevant information on the web which we haven't found yet. ;)
The not that happy conclusion: No, the revolution is not (yet) going to start... wishmaster schrieb: > i dont know... maybe any developer could say it is useful for ipd nano > 2G and 3G > > Bernhard Schuster wrote: > >> Does this mean the revolution is going to start right now? >> -- >> -Bernhard- >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Linux4nano-dev mailing list >> [email protected] >> https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/linux4nano-dev >> http://www.linux4nano.org >> > > > _______________________________________________ > Linux4nano-dev mailing list > [email protected] > https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/linux4nano-dev > http://www.linux4nano.org > > _______________________________________________ Linux4nano-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/linux4nano-dev http://www.linux4nano.org
