Hi, I'll be making an attempt on dumping the 3rd generation Nano's flash reasonably soon. I've already got everything ready except for the Nano itself, which I will buy on Thursday.
I've previously done mostly software reverse engineering for the R300 project, writing reverse engineering tools, and some hardware hacking a long time ago.
