I, too, agree with this.  We have some other applications in our software (not
IBM supplied) where the cursor is at the top of a window instead of on the first
field.  Using a dumb terminal or CA places the cursor in the first field.  DBU
has this problem also (on the exit window).  Hmm, maybe there's something about
windows?  (Not the OS, mind you, it's a DDS thing.)

If a trace file would help, I'd be glad to create one.  But maybe these are all
due to the same problem.
