The configuration keywords for font are font_80 and font_132.
You'd specify them in your tn5250rc like this:
dsp01 {
host = as400.example.com
env.DEVNAME=DSP01
font_80 = 9x15
font_132 = fixed
}
then: xt5250 dsp01
