Hi, sorry if this is offtopic... I'm working on a 5250 emulation API. Most of the work has been done, but I am experiencing cursor positioning problems, and noticed in the archives that this seems to be a common issue.
Looking through the tn5250j emulator code, I noticed that IC and MC orders are treated the same (so it's broken there as well). I also looked through the TN5250 code, but still apparently can't figure out my problem. Could someone give me a consice set of rules for cursor placement used in TN5250? I've been working on this for a while so I "speak the language". I do have the "Function Reference" but you all know that this is a terrible reference from an implementation standpoint. Any help would be much appreciated. Mark. markb at cms400 dot com P.S. Thanks for TN5250. _______________________________________________ This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/linux5250 or email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
