I'll be at LinuxWorld on Thursday 31st. Attending the morning session on Linux & forensics and the afternoon session on hacking/countermeasures. Rest of the time, I'll be walking about the exhibits floor.
For those who haven't seen me at a meeting, I am a big dude (6'1"; wears XXL clothes) with blondish hair, mustache, and beard. Glasses. Usually wears a sage green cap. I'll probably be wearing a blue field jacket with lots of pockets and an eclectic collection of tack pins on the right lapel. A flag one, an eagle one, Tux, and the SuSE lizard. Carrying a fabric "briefcase" slung over the shoulder. Have an accent that many Americans take for British, Scottish, or Irish. (Some people say I look like Brad Pitt. Those people are also under heavy dosages of psychotrophic medication. <g>) We could try to meet by just hoping to run into each other or we could have a 12 noon meeting point. Has everybody who's going next week been to the Javits Center before? There are a couple of food areas and, maybe, easier to find, the registration booth area. Any of them could be used.
