I haven't heard anything yet about a meeting time and place. To just start with something, let me propose this (jump and modify please, the conf/exhibition is so close):
12:15 pm - 1:00 pm is the "visit exhibits" break on Wednesday & Thursday. (On those days, if we skip the keynote type of presentations, we could go until 2:00 pm.) Friday, the break starts at 11:15 and ends at 1:00 pm. I don't know who's attending sessions but 12:15-1:00 or 2:00 seems to be a good time to get together. Where? Because of the layout of the Javits Center, I'd go for either the middle set of revolving doors or the registration area. NOTE: There is an economic/political summit starting Thursday in the city. NY police department is pulling up some old laws to prevent a '99 Seattle type of incident. One law is an 1845 law that makes it a crime for more than two people to be at a demonstration with a mask. (So I'm not putting on a paper bag over my head if I have a bad face day. <g>) There may be some traffic congestion in the city Thursday and Friday.
