Salut Thierry,
pour ma part, depuis quelques semaines j'ai continuellement des coupure
avec Scarlet (parfois je peux travailler des heures sans problème,
parfois c'est avec grande peine que je trouve une période pour pomper
mes emails ou y répondre). Avant cela arrivait disons entre 19h et 21h,
1/2 h puis coupé pendant qqs min. Comme j'avais travaillé
confortablement pendant la journée, ce n'était pas grave.
J'ai contacté Belgacom, qui a vérifié la ligne : impeccable.
J'ai contacté Scarlet ("pressez le 1" ... etc. ... "actuellement, nous
n'avons pas de problèmes") : d'après leur robot je n'ai donc pas de
problèmes non plus.
Pour le moment cela va ;-)

PS: j'ai mon adresse à l'Université, mais j'utilise le relay de Scarlet
pour envoyer car l'ULG refuse depuis qqs mois le relay de l'extérieur de
son domaine (!). Et je pompe mes emails de l'ULG donc pour cela je n'ai
pas d'interactions avec Scarlet.
