How to checkout new sources for LinuxBIOS?

Hi!

 Small problem... How can I checkout new LinuxBIOS project's files from
sourceforge without having access to the Net? I have access via HTTP and
FTP proxy, but archived sources on sourceforge is too old. In mailing
list I see you making many changes... And, how often you make a new
archives? Is it mean that you put a stable versions to it?
