Hi, thanks for your work. The phrase "an army of geeks" calls to my mind
looting, raping, and killing. IMO those connotations better describe
proprietary operating systems. I asked
http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/thesaurus?book=Thesaurus&va=army for some
synonyms and one it gave was "flock". The man page says "the flock(2)
call first appeared in 4.2BSD" but I'm pretty sure that penguins do it
too.

Near the top where you want to say "Linux Demo Day '99" the Windows
"smart" quotes came into play so your apostrophe got changed to an opening
quote mark. I don't know much about Microsoft Word, but I'm guessing that
if, just before that, you changed into a teeny tiny font (or set the color
to white, if you can), typed an apostrophe and maybe a space, then changed
into the font you want to use, that might trick it into doing more or less
what you want.

Also, "schools, businesses, shopping mall" sounds better to me if it's
changed to "places such as schools, businesses and shopping malls".
