[LDD] Setup to allow Location of closest LDD event.

Mightn't it be a good idea to setup a WWW-thingie to allow people to
find the nearest LDD event to their current location, so if/when people
are pointed to www.linuxdemo.org to find where the event is taking
place they don't have to vgrep the list of LUGs to find the nearest
demonstration?
