It's probably good to have a couple of sponsors bothering all the
participating LUG's contact addresses, so that those who are not on
this list will have more difficulty forgetting that they signed up for
the event.

Also, they're sending you free stuff, you can deal with typing 4 lines
of address a couple times =)
