You shouldn't have to. I sent the address information to the sponsors,
so they shouldn't have to email each LUG directly. I'm somewhat
confused as to why Caldera is doing this and am trying to find the
answer to that.

That's what we've done. The sponsors have all the addresses that
were submitted as of august 21st. People are still free to update
their information at this point, but we don't know if any of the
sponsors will keep checking the site for updates.
