No! That's NOT my view. Why estimate target audience? That is
being done all the time! Couch potatoes turning to mouse
potatoes! That's the audience! The 'real' surfers are the
minority! Maybe I am wrong, but read on...

REGARDLESS of the target audience, Web pages should be able to
serve all well. I made my point very clear. Again, a short way
of how to implement it...

1) Load (not technically) the text.
2) Check the browser using a scripting language.
3) If the browser is Netscape4+ or IE4+, load the extra stuff.

Whose taking away the ease of use from NS4/IE4 users? Read the
