Well, it seems you have misunderstood the purpose of this group.  It is
not meant solely for providing help on linux.  That just happens to be an
aside responsibility taken over by the members.  No one is obligated to
help anyone else.

The basic purpose of a linux user group is to /discuss/ issues related to
the topic.  The GNU philosophy, open standards and accessibility are the
prime issues of this group.  Do we just stop discussing them because some
people think they are worthless crap?  If that happens then I'm afraid all
the people who are interested in a discussion will just move along and we
don't want that to happen.
