tech, non-tech etc make sense ... just like LIG, LIH and LIP. But newbie and expert ... how do you differentiate between that! I guess I could call myself an expert, but when I try something for the first time, like squid do I post to the newbie list? And will there be guidelines for kicking people off the experts list?
