No. None at all. But the modem is well ventilated, and the psu is
outside.
I have installed a couple of mtnl adsl modems (on windows) and they have
a usb and an rj45 socket. The usb port needs a driver thats available
for windows. The rj45 is a dhcp enabled port, so all you need to do in
your system is to enable dhcp for your nic.
