Learn to live with the realities. Piracy is a reality. Denying it is of 
no use. AFAIK the constitution of this country allows free speech. A 
person isn't committing a crime until he / she has actually acquired a 
pirated copy of whatever he / she is asking for.

I am neither supporting piracy nor advocating it. I feel a forum or a 
mailing list shouldn't suppress any post unless they are derogatory to 
fellow member(s) or they contain some sort of information which is 
illegal (for example, links to sites / servers which give access to 
pirated material).

But yes, one could view allowing requests to pirated material as 
'facilitating piracy' and hence a crime in itself. Hmph. Ignore me. I 
am just a figment of your imagination :|
