I had tried the earlier Reliance USB modem (CDMA 1x) on a linux box and it was detected as a CD ROM. After setting it up in Doze, I came to know that it has a small memory space that has built in drivers for auto loading in doze. At that time wvdialconf failed to detect the modem. -- Regards, Rony.
