Chrony refuses to sync to my timestamp hardware port, so it just freesuns. Short term, very little jitter, long term wander of just under one Second. I have seen from about +800 mSec to about -400 mSec. And I know my source is good, other timestamp software clients getting 6 uSec jitter and sub mSec offset.
