Mine's a right angle. The straight one was annoying to me, it would not provide power if I moved it too much - way picky. I brought back that laptop because of dead pixels anyhow, and they gave me a slightly newer model with the right-angled power cord. Worked much better, but stopped being recognized by my laptop at some point, and had to order a new one, which is working fine right now.

No; my plug is just straight, as I believe all the R3000 series ones
are. I was just saying that the internal design is the same, which
caused the same damage.
