With the RC1 just over a week away and Alex proposing a 1.2 release for
late November, I think it makes sense to just ship our recent 1.1
release for Juno SR1. I will update our aggregation files.

I personally have a patch to add a C-only version of the ChangeLog
feature which could be used by the SR! CPP EPP package so as not to drag
in any JDT stuff.
