I wouldn't make the assumption that we have unlimited time, a number of us are quite busy, you aren't the only one here that works. As for taking the time to figure out the problem loading Synaptic, searching for KDE, and quickly looking through the list of packages probably would have taken less time than reading all the replies to this email. There is a difference between the list becoming unhelpful and you not liking the responses people give. I think a number of us have given you information that should help with what you are trying to accomplish. Remember, we are giving you some of our time to fix your problem so it probably isn't beneficial to act like your time is more valuable than anyone elses.
Did you try Randall's suggestion of "apt-get install kde"? Did it give you want you want?
