Hi,

I can have configured the Expesskeys via the gnome-settings wacom plugin. But 
after reboot the key settings for the express keys are only in effect when I run

xinput --disable <id>
xinput --enable <id> 

where <id> is the device id that is shown by xinput for the "Wacom ISDv5 325 
Pad pad“. 

The default button behavior without my key changes are: When I push the round 
button in the middle of this ring (Button A), then the Gnome Activities 
Overview Mode is activated (same as if I push „Activities“ in the menu“. 

My system is debian testing with kernel 4.4-rc2 and gnome 3.18.0.
