If this becomes common practice, you will not have the opportunity to capture the out-bound "subscribe me" data. As for telling your local users that they need to register all list servers or they will not get their in-bound subscriptions, good luck. Most ISP lusers never read the details of policies and such... You'd have to intercept the in-bound list traffic and send a notice to anyone subscribed to an unregistered list. - murr -
