Which may well be the right thing, as long as there are ways to police the admins appropriately. One thing people have to watch out for is the "no risk" syndrome -- if something, anything can go wrong, then you can't do it. Risk is not absolute, it's something to be managed. The only way you can have no problems it to do nothing. If one admin in one thousand abuses a priviledge, is that a reason to remove it from the other 999?
