I have been publishing an educational website newsletter and was thinking of
making it a "list" so that I could share the info with others. I'm not sure
where to begin. I know that there are different lists out there that I could
publish this information on and get people to join. How do I make the
decision about which one to join? What is your personal preference and why?
I understand if you don't want to give me your preferences publicly so feel
free to email me privately. I have been reading some of the messages in the
past (about Topica, etc) but I am not sure I understand all of the
implications. TIA for your help. this is all very overwhelming for a newbie!
