in CF, remove the project FILE from source control, but, be sure and 'MAP'
the project to VSS (or other 'provider', as they're called).  To do that,
from the projects tab, right click on the highest level icon in the upper
tree (looks like a globe with the project name next to it), choose,
'Source Control >> Map Project To Source Control'.
