I shared your same concern with this project.  After a 10 page SOW, I
began to wonder if they'd do the same, but then again, this client had
me sign a NDA, so I felt a little more comfortable with his work
ethic.  Maybe in return, I should do the same for my SOW's by having
them sign an NDA, but then again, whos going to stop them from
re-using it.  I guess I'll try it until it burns me, which may not
take long...
