Hmm at such point, Lockon better have an UN Observer ID badge ready, which is pretty convenient to have since obviously Corner is an UN official conducting aid project in the area who can legitimately hire anyone he sees fit for the job. After all UN should be quite legitimately curious about who's shooting at their work site. Would explain why Lockon is armed too. Upon inspecting the badge, Graham rubs his chin thoughtfully then casually said to Billy in a loud whipser, "you know these MS signal blah blah Moralia blah blah AEU blah blah" same story, less melodramatic flashback, more believeable. Anyway, Lockon is a sniper, Graham is a dogfighter, I bet $1 that Lockon can complete his mission without getting caught. Or, Corner gets Marina on the phone, she conference calls Graham. Then Corner sends a whole convoy of APC to escort Lockon to the site, and Graham and Billy welcomes him, shakes hands then investigate the site together.
