I sent this earlier, but it didn't post. And an e-mail I sent afterwards
posted two hours ago. So I'm resending it. My apologies if anyone gets it
twice.

Louise's Last Name - iirc, Louise's mother had a man at her side at the
wedding. But the man wasn't identified, so it may very well have been a cousin
or a brother. I didn't think about the fact that the Trinities' contact might
be Louise's father, but you're right in that there's a real possibility of
that. If the two individuals really do share the same last name, then how long
will it take for Kinue to make the connection?

Presumeably whatever Nene did while she was inside the "Veda Chamber" gave the
Thrones access to Veda in some fashion. It's pretty much guaranteed that she
did something while she was in there (why else would she have felt the need to
enter one of the few areas of the ship that would absolutely positively be
completely off-limits to the Trinities?), but Tierie hasn't found anything yet.
It's possible that she somehow emulated a link that already exists between the
Ptolemais Gundams and Veda in order to draw on Veda's ability to process data.
But that assumes that I understood the dialogue correctly, and that the
translation I was using was accurate.

The idea that the things in Antarctica are Solar Furnaces is a guess on my part
(they look like the generators mounted in the chest of each Gundam), but I'm
not the only one thinking along those lines. I've seen a similar guess on the
web.

Also, it makes sense. Each of the three nations is despairing about how to
handle seven Gundams, and each of the three nations is contacted at the same
time. Also, my recollection of the scene at the end was that the elevator
contained three people from the military of each superpower. I could be
mistaken, and I should probably doublecheck it. But it would fit with the fact
that we know that each of the superpowers was contacted.

Corner vs. His Assistant - It's pretty clear from earlier that Corner's
assistant is connected somehow (Corner mentioned earlier that his first meeting
with his assistant was fortuitous). I thought it was Corner smiling, and
thought his hair was visible in the scene. I'll have to doublecheck it to
confirm, I guess.

I noticed that too. It might play into her comment to her Mom that her
dad was still alive. I don't remember seeing her mom with anyone at the
wedding so maybe he did leave them to run some mysterious group.

I thought that it was Tieria's connection with Veda that powered the
trial system. I didn't get that it only affected MS hooked up to Veda.
If it did then it should've affected the Exia more than the Thrones.
>From what I saw it didn't affect the Exia at all. I thought that each
CB group had their own master computer and that only the Ptolemais group
used Veda. If the Throne Meisters had their own connection to Veda they
shouldn't have needed to even touch the one on the Ptolemais to achieve
their results. I thought the Thrones were hooked up to the Laguna
System.

Is that confirmed or a theory? I'll have to watch it again. It makes
more sense than nukes.

Were they handed to all of the Super Powers? It only looked like Union
staff on that elevator.

I thought that the one smiling was Corner's assistant Ribbons. I think
he is more connected then he has let on and his higher up then Corner.
