Can't wait to watch it tonight. But I can confirm unequivocally that the Big 3 were all present at the presentation of the pods (probably GN drives). The full-resolution screen shot at animeblog(?) shows not just a single representative, but a whole team of 2-3 uniformed officers from each of the Big 3 were present in the elevator.
