I think in episode 18, they mention the GN drive the Throne were using are missing some sort of "blanket", so I assume that is what either keep the drive from overheating or what's required for long term operation. I am guessing that the "fake" GN Drive can probably last a long term, at least in current MS technology standard, but they cannot be heavy usage all the time - they need time to "recharge/cooldown". From the time when the Gundams were almost defeated, it certainly doesn't seem like the GN drive is any danger of running out of "gas". I don't think they need another one to recharge per say - I think they just need time to "unload", as judging from the shot in episode 19, it certainly doesn't seem like the three Thrones are hooked up to anything. > > On the ship Sumeragi says "Veda. Certainly doesn't seem like it, as Tieria was able to access other files in Veda (otherwise he wouldn't know he cannot access something). Nena was certainly doing something to Veda, as they pretty much told Setsuna and company that they hacked Veda and get some data from there. I think Veda is probably some sort of master systems, while the "interface" on board the ship is just the "direct gateway" to Veda. > Tieria says "When linked with Veda, this Suit has an absolute sphere of > influence. Tieria's comment after Lockon and > Setsuna's confrontation "So these are humans..." further reinforces my > belief that he is not human. I don't think so - although I agree Tieria is certainly not your average person, I don't think he's part of the Trail system per say - more like because of what/where he is (from), it make sense for him to be the one in control of such of powerful system, as it can be quite bad for CB if he decide to deflect. As for that lines for "so these are humans...", I won't say it confirm anything, as various drama from time to time have lines similar to this to basically say human behavior doesn't make logic sense sometimes. > Michael wasn't affected because he was locking swords with Setsuna which > makes sense with it being a sphere of influence. It is possible that > the Exia might've shut down too. I think so as well, but I am more in line of the theory that Tieria can probably customized the "attack" to just one Gundam instead of all in the area. > Johan said that Veda delivered info to the Throne Meisters for their > inspection. Not that they took it. Think this is a sub issue - the Concave sub clearly said they hacked into Veda and "have a look around". This make more sense to me... > Lockon mentioned the Solar Energy System being the source of the world's > hope and grief. I am really convinced that the Solar Array System will end up > being an even bigger issue as the story progresses and will probably be > destroyed before the end of the series. I think unless the "gift" of the fake GN drive is not a planned CB move, then I can see what the CB are doing - first, you see "decent" force to show what you can do, then you up the ante and show them real force. After that, give them something that's beyond their wildest imagination, and you have a recipe of disaster. It make me think that the Thrones are the first to go, since all three power blocks will target them first, since they are preventing them from having a military. After that, the Gundams, and then, each other. Right when they are about to "win", then CB will just take them back, either by planned device inside the GN Drive, or by showing even more force and basically destroy their "old" way of life, since they probably won't need the Solar Array System anymore, and now, they depend on CB. I know my thoughts are pretty screwed up, so it may take a while for me to think of a better explanation :) > Kinoue's assistant told her about Laguna Harvey, the president of the > Linear Train Company. The name definitely sounded different then Halvey > which further separates it from Louise's family. What it also does is > possibly connect it with the comment Nena Trinity made about going to > Laguna. This makes me think that if the Throne Meisters are false > Meisters they were sent by Laguna Harvey to prevent the destruction of > the Solar Array System. I am confused about this, as at least the Concave sub clearly separate those two out - when Kinoue was talking about it, it was refer to as Laguna Harvey, while when Nena and they were discussing it, it was refer to as Ragna (they didn't keep the same spelling suggest when the soldier overheard Nena's talking, she was referring to Ragna, while he mis-heard it and change it to Laguna). I think Kinoue might be looking at the wrong thing, but it might end up pointing her to the right direction, which most likely is going to get her killed. -------------------------------------------------- The Gundam Mailing List MK-II [email protected] Archives: http://www.gundam.com/gml Help: Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with this in the BODY: help list
